Request an RMA Number
Contact our customer support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring the battery terminals are insulated to prevent short-circuiting during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our authorized distribution center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
